then the only trading that will be possible in NEWC will occur on the grey market;

there have been occasions where the revocation order comes out at 09:30 on the morning it is eligible to trade on the greys. i guess it all depends on how quickly campo tells them that he agrees to revocation.

Another pack of lies from JC. Complete dereliction of duty to shareholders. He says he thought he had until 09/22 to file. I can't imagine the auditors were not aware of the impending suspension for not filing. Didn't JC or his attorneys tell them that? What takes so long to complete financials? He's lying! Why are is attorneys not keeping track of this stuff? He has no idea what he is doing. This stock will never trade again. End of story.

if so, once the revocation is made official by an Administrative Law Judge, then the only trading that will be possible in NEWC will occur on the grey market.

No, that is not correct. Once the revocation order is official, the stock will not trade ANYWHERE, including the gray market. It will be finished trading forever, unless Campo is successful in filing a new registration statement with the SEC, getting it through the SEC review process, getting a MM to file a new Form 211, and getting FINRA to approve that 211. All of which is unlikely, especially since Campo completely ignored the SEC reviewers the last time he filed a Form 10. And cost is certainly an issue and another one of the reasons why it is highly unlikely that NEWC's shares will ever trade again.
