It is so funny. Board of directors allowed Cubley to sell shares to pay debt. After debt had paid, Board of directors installed Plastic surgeon Barnett to sue Cubley because he sold share so cheap. Do you think John M. Fife funds who got 360,000,000 shares will surrender shares to Barnett without a fight?. I don't think so
