Don't think Mnuchin will do anything till his last year for fnf... He did say he would do something before his term was up... court cases as far as i've seen are going nowhere as well as congress. If there is a catalyst in the near term I haven't seen it... but definitely a retirement stock at some point...
FNMA I've started buying... Thinking if Mid $1.20's breaks she could fly to a buck quick... Historically the new director is nominated in April or May... Should see something soon if it's a pro-shareholder choice... All the lawsuits that drove FNMA are now craterng... Supreme court not taking the case really hurt the share price
