Well, then a SEC case can easily be posted that charges someone with "Market manipulation" by buying or selling a penny stock with their cash and not through a "criminal scheme" they discovered!

What? That's false and misleading. Market manipulation is illegal, there are no two ways around it - I don't care if it's trading blue chips or the lowly MRIB.

I'm still waiting for the SEC definition of "manipulation" that descided the individuals are performing some "illegal" methods!
