Most people will sell on news to lock in their gains. I thought it was a great run. I do find it very suspect that there was heavy volume a couple days before the partnership news. I've noticed this before for CTSO. For this last one, I think they should have written a PR with the value of the agreement(but they probably don't want it out.) I think there will be more news to come, so better load up!
