Affinity Beverage Group and its wholly owned subsidiaries Village Tea Company, Undone Chocolate, and now Jawea could easily be acquired by one of the giant corporations wanting to get in the health game which is a growing trend.

In 2012 Starbucks acquired Atlanta based Teavana in an aggregate acquisition of $620 million in cash. Teavana stockholders of record received $15.50 per share in that cash merger.

I'm actually kinda shocked Jawea hasn't already been acquired by one of the big boys. In the article below it's charted #3 right behind Ben & Jerrys and Breyers. Soon to be acquired by ABVG. Now they'll have to go through Affinity Beverage Group and it's shareholders for a buyout. It's just a matter of time.
