My point is that a shell is more valuable to a suitor if it is clean (that is: it's been filing its reports on time). I've been through the drill before (once) and that was a big problem that took a long time to address. I think the longer the non-filing status continues, the larger the entanglements become (events that should have been reported and weren't, etc) and the longer it takes to get all ducks in a row so to speak.
