Close of Escrow is 60 days after Opening of Escrow, it's in the purchase agreement. Opening of Escrow was August 3rd.
Unless they apply for an extension, October 2nd is the date. But their Due Diligence period ends September 17th, when they can still close escrow and get a refund.
Probably will go dark with no updates and milk this cash cow for all its worth though.
