I don't disagree with anything you say. My question is when and if this goes belly up with management where does this stock go? Zero? Or do they take anything they can get from a buyout and someone else comes in and runs the company. In the end we still make money.

My guess is they have offers but value this higher than what people want to offer. It's a game of cat and mouse. We just don't know the numbers and details to have any idea of what is really going on.

Damning with faint praise is an expression often used to characterize a method of debate or argumentation. My use applied specifically to your post.
3/4 of the niobium is contracted for with enforceable agreements. German loan guarantee is looking good. US government/ DOD are looking to stockpile scandium. Major federal permit in hand. Local support is strong. Shall I go on?
50% chance of success seems wildly unrealistic to me, but that is JMO.
Did you read the recent analyst update? Doesn't read like a 50% coin flip.
