It sounds like we have something very valuable here

Now we will see who will own how much of that value imho.

I was very upset that over 60million shares were sold for 3cents each this year.

If kw is very clever and wants to preserve the value of his 50 million shares they will use morel to get this promoted and get the share price up before j&j or another partner buy in. Because they will be buying tens of millions of usd worth of our shares if the deal is similar to Bavarian Nordic.

Or someone could just buy zillions of shares now through this offering and then move the price up.

Both are ok except if we are bought out and then longs will lose a lot of their value if many more shares are added thus diluting current shareholder value.

Does kw care about shareholders?

I invite anyone to defend my last comment about the executives, and please, elaborate.

We don't know that.

They might be buying through proxies for all we know.

Who bought the 60 million shares for 3 cents each for example?

Despite all the speculation here we know very little about our company.

The wealthiest people I know are actually very cheap. They preserve and grow their capital and are loath to waste it.

Not saying it's morally right or wrong, just an observation.

PMCB has worked very hard over these years. If you look at the ages of all the directors and board members, I think you can safely say this company will be their Legacy. They want a successful and profitable Legacy for their grandchildren. Is that selfish? Maybe. But I completely understand it.

I much prefer a group of experienced business people who want to leave a legacy for their grandkids over a bunch of slick-haired 20 and 30-year olds who look and act like used-car salesmen.
