You can only vote ONE CARD. So you vote CEO King and the 3 NEW candidates on the PPHM card and not DP, ES and CJ.
RONIN will vote the RED cards.
In the end a count will be made and the 7 MOST VOTED FOR will be on the BoD.
If we retailers do not vote DP, ES and CJ then we put the 4 others on the PPHM card ABOVE them. Hence those 4 will form the BOD with the 3 RONIN candidates that RONIN can voted in with his large position of 8.8% + friends.
WHAT is DECEPTIVE ABOUT THIS?
DO we want ES, CJ and DP GONE or do we SUDDENLY have another agenda to vote RONIN and let PPHM decide which of their 4 candidates will join the 3 RONIN candidates. Because the 7 best will win and RONIN has only 3.
And if PPHM decides which those for are then the votes of ES and Rosswell Partners will make sure ES? DP and CJ will be on the board. Non of the others has the needed votes to push that in any other direction EXCEPT WE DO the RETAIL SHAREHOLDERS.
