still before the BDCI team entered the picture. i see that there will be no quick, or painless, fix to this. it could take years to audit financials over this period of time.
There was very poor DD done on behalf of BDCI to merge into this ticker with this kind of outstanding violation lingering. I don't see how this was missed by lawyers and everyone else involved.
you can carfax a car and discover an accident 10 years ago, yet an entire publicly traded company was able to hide this?
