It's being accumulated lately since at least a week ago from .0003 low, with a healthy net accumulation yet since Monday's high volume move to .0008 despite pullback the last 2 days to .0004.
A good chance $VCPS is preparing to spring load for next move upward. We're in the pause phase in between upward moves, not to mention the fact it is over due for an update such as potential patent approval
(and it has done this type of price movement before in past months according to daily chart history)

Technical chart shows sustained increase yet so far today in OBV & Money Flow, and the A/D is showing a nice pivot formation from lows:
