Yes DTC chill in place. Came about when the company was FOGC (Fortune Oil and Gas Co). Name change and reverse split later, Ken Manzo couldn't get rid of it. ManzoPharma's twitter account discussed this back in 2015.... TopDog also discussed this on this board back then...
