Maybe you should look at the date of the letter 04/04/2016, when was Dwyer President 1/1/2017.....Nice DD.....

Good gosh! Peeps acting like they have never seen anything like this before.

"The Commission TEMPORARILY suspended trading in the securities of the foregoing companies due to a lack of current and accurate information about the companies because they have not filed certain periodic reports with the Commission."

This is not the end all to EXAD. The company will be current soon enough and this will be moving forward again. Lets not cut off our nose to spite our face.
