I agree I just don't think "forever" is accurate.
Currah was convicted and yet he was involved here. Obviously not a "forever" thing.
It was obvious if people did their DD in 2012 instead of after the fact.

Bottom line is most pinky players choose to be blind.
It feels much better to believe in the get rich quick scams then to find out you were a sucker.

They can lose in court. If things start looking bad for them the first sign will be Scott stepping down from his other scams so they don't get locked up by a court imposed restriction.

But within 90 days of losing they will all be involved in other plays as hidden insiders.
