I see, I grabbed the first available shares on the ask today, looks interesting, will be doing more in depth DD shortly on it.

Share structure looks fine to me, 11M o/s can be liquid enough, not everything on the OTC needs to be Fannie Mae......however, if they choose to do a f/s it wouldn't break my heart either.
