The one thing that KSS mentioned sometime ago is that mutual fund managers can't buy, but there is the hint that these managers are buying in their own personal accounts. If this is so, be nice to know who and how heavy the interest is. We'd all like to think that many are feverishly waiting for ARTH to reach at least $1 so they can jump in and BUY.
