My thoughts are that the filing probably needs to be audited or amended;-)
After all, RO was probably paid more than the $1367, not to mention lawyers and other finra related expenses (unless those go in a different category).
And I sure don't see the $20M APIC in the q1 as it is in the q2 at eoy 2016, and accumulated deficits are a world apart in the 2 filings....
I'm no accountant.
BTW, the shares issued to Anying Huang were at .0001, and par is .00001, so I don't know if that would affect APIC or not since it's for debt service. Probably not.
