I don't see how the APIC could come from the 12.5M shares issued to Anying Huang during q2 since it clearly states that they were priced at .0001 for debt service. I suspect the 2.8m "paid in capital" listed in q1 was added to in q2 and comes from the preferred shares.

Perhaps someone who understands these things can pitch in, but there may not be enough info to really know for certain.

What I do know is I'm sticking around to find out...:-)
