1) fabricate a new story
2) promote the heck out of it
3) take investors money from their pocket and puts it in his own

He usually says how "excited" he is lol.

What he meant to say was he is getting "very close" to lining up another P&D. Same game for a decade on INOH, his previous penny stock had their registration revoked.
