That sure worked out well last time.
They will just have someone in their group of scammers become CEO and they will be the unnamed insiders. Just like they did with scott.
IMO there is a fair-good chance that Dan is that person.
He supported Scott through the entire scam. He is/was an unnamed insider. Yeah he's suing.... so what. That is a pretty good cover. Just because you win a suit doesn't mean you get paid anything. In this case Scott "losing" could be an exceptional win for scott/currah.
They "forfeit" pay they never had. The suckers consider it a win. The pps runs and scott/Currah sell into the pump. They still have a lot of shares
It would work great.
Dan can start handing out shares to new members of the company. Run a few pumps. When it becomes obvious that he's not producing he can step down with millions of newly issued shares and a "new" CEO can take over.
Rinse repeat
I don't think nemegosenda would be used again for a few years if ever. People can change out but the asset will wear out its attractiveness.
