Why worry abu that now?? We are producing!!! Next PR we will be debt free most likely, and next year we have Another mine up and running!

He gets paid in stock to conserve cash. I haven't bothered to do the math, but the numbers are in the 10K. Divide the "salary" by the # shares.

Now that the company is actually producing revenue, I'm sure that compensation method will change.
