They sure did gave them self a 3-1 split and gave us a 100-1 split. 1 Billion A/S and 10.3 Million O/S. They can totally take a dump on us again and dilute the hell out it, will they? I don't know. Hopefully the company does well enough it doesn't have to, but they have the option.
If they started releasing all those shares back out they could easily run it back down below .10
The now current 1B is in excess of required reserves. It was necessary under the old pre RS structure but is out of proportion now. Maybe a technical requirement until the old notes can be updated or "re-negotiated" but if the current notes require 1B in reserves then we are doomed.
