According to our records, I show that your account was updated to
reflect the preferred shares. According to the information we received,
shareholders were credited 10,000 preferred shares for every common share
held. Due to the large size of this distribution, each share that is
shown as a Blackout Media Corporation Contra share, equals 10,000
preferred shares.
