You talking mainstream elections , right ? Early in the game to say "nobody" isn't it ? Everyone coming to grips that the system needs a upgrade this year.

Is revenue climbing back up ? Same question that Terp avoided. Yes/no?

Penetrating the mainstream elections will take some time.

Some states require voting machines to be certified.

Many states have existing contracts.

Budgets will take 1-2 years for approval, unless there are some emergency situation like the Virginia case.

Since 2015, $GAHC has been gearing up for all this. It has been 1-2 years waiting game now?

They have improved the voting machines recently and doing well in smaller elections.

Once they get a contract from republican or democrats, they will gain a foothold in this lucrative business ($3b to replace all ageing voting machines in one recent article.)

The cake in US is just too big and just getting a small slice of it will be enough to cause a HUGE surge in the share price into the multiples.

Will other states wait for their voting machines to be hacked?

Or will they follow in Virginia's foot steps and speed up the process?
