I think Henry's big tobacco M&A guy has another BIG T linedup to start active negotiations, IF XXII cant come to agreement with BAT. Competion, real or perceived makes the world go around.

Somehow, someway a deal will happen. Be intersting to see outcome.I think when peer reviewed trial data are made public and FDA mandate becomes clear, THEN buyout will occur. most likely 6 months away
