Well, Tex, now they will go in the other direction. It's not too late, thankfully, and if we can raise enough dough to get us to EMA it really won't end up hurting us long term. But my only point was that much of the problem has been caused by the manipulation. In an honest market where creeps don't increase the cost of capital then DOC's plan would have had a stronger argument. Maybe not the correct approach but it would change the equation considerably.
