We knew the last move up was insignificant because it was based on zero news of revenues, or any new assets or additions to our book value.
Similarly, this rebound, downtrend if you will, is also just as meaningless as it is not based on any reflection of the company as we have been making positive sales and contracts over the quarter that have not yet hit the books.
Everything is speculation until the earnings report unless a dollar amount is released in the press releases regarding sales or any other significant business transaction.
October 2nd will be a great indication of where the company is going in terms of longevity and which it is fairly certain the recommendations of the board will pass, securing the company's competitive Advantage for the foreseeable future.
Mergers often take much longer to solidify since there is much more legalities to go through than an acquisition, which could quite possibly be why we have been hearing about our relationship with morf3d and jaguar for so long now.
I do hope / suspect an announcement regarding a merger will come within the following weeks of the October 2nd vote.
The faster we put together our Technologies, customers, assets, and personnel, our company will grow exponentially right in the middle of the industry's growth into production.
