stsrv, I think I have posted that several times.
RONIN publicly attacked ES, CJ and DP in a letter to PPHM shareholders. Things have been said that were said on here but against there is no defence (anonymous msg board). RONIN supported its story, while for sure deformed, with references to documents that at least supported what he said. Ofcourse without any context.
If a candidates BoD member of RONIN is PRESENT in a company then they profile him has responsible for the success. In the same way the pictured CJ, DP responsible for the failures of the companies on which BoD they sat.
However, ES? CJ and DP had the occasion to respond to RONIN's letters and refute or place things in context. Ofcourse we all saw RONIN cherry-picked the cases of companies where ES facilitated funding and then when bad. But it are NOT US that need to find out and say that. It is THEM that need to defend themselves.
They will sooner or later sit at the table for negotiations with, say, potential partners. How does that look. RONIN painted a picture of: "these guys will ruin whatever they touch". So why would someone want to make a deal with a company run by those guys?
So since they are a liability for my investment at this point, by total lack of defence, I agreed they must be gone. And therefore I say that UNBALANCING the vote is the only thing we can do of which we can not be stopped.
RONIN will vote in his 3 candidates, PPHM will/should make there suporters vote ALL 7 of their candidates, ES & Co will very probably not do that but vote for ES, CJ, DP and CEO King. So if we do NOT do anything then CEO King + ES,CJ, DP and 3 RONIN candidates will be voted in.
If however we DO NOT vote for ES, DP and CJ and we vote for CEO King and the 3 NEW candidates then WE THE RETAIL SHAREHOLDERS decide WHAT 4 of the 7 PPHM candidates will join RONIN's candidates.
For once the cards did fall in a way that WE got the POWER. I don't think that is going to happen a lot!
