I asked for real cases showing how long it takes,

and i told you it doesn't happen and gave you the links to verify. renee even posted earlier;

Over the last 7 1/2 years 1,586 SEC Registered stocks were suspended for delinquent Financials/Filings. The SEC Admin Law Judge revoked the registrations of all 1,586....that is 100%!!

Once the SEC suspends a stock for delinquent Financials/Filings it is too late to remedy the delinquencies.
