I'm afraid that this is a question SIAF might not want to know the answer to (or knows, but are to afraid to answer).

Hyperboy replied in post 118840 that "We fall in between Nordnet and Avanza Pension totals", i.e above 2 million shares. That's more than the maximum free float of OTC...

So we have heavy naked short-selling, collateral shares being sold, BOD not displaying selling of shares, or Garret/City National is not holding on to their shares.

This could be Solomons go to screw the shorters; if there are no collateral shares sold, then he could check whether Garret/City National have their shares, and if so prove (!) to the SEC that the market makers are naked short selling and hiding their tracks...
