My take on the cc is that this group knows they are out very soon. Very flat and despondent IMO.

If it was me I would have taken that call as an opportunity to convey a message to shareholders that this is the team to vote for. To the contrary, I got the clear confirmation that this is NOT the team to vote for. My goodness where would share price be without Ronin? These guys would have been running to the Bank off the ATM and no plan in sight for the shareholders

However, given the delay in release of the PPHM proxy, I have to believe they are adding members and writing up the bios. Let's just hope they didn't recruit any members from PTSC and Cryotite or whatever the hell those companies names are
