yes, it is up to 10 days but in this suspension notice it says it WILL be 10 days. that's what matters. facts matter. this suspension will not end early. that's a money back guarantee.

after suspension, a broker files form 211 to reinstate. Only goes to grey market until form is approved.

that is completely bassackwards. read the suspension notice and learn what it means.

Brokers and dealers should be alert to the fact that, pursuant to Exchange Act Rule 15c2-11, at
the termination of the trading suspension, no quotation may be entered relating to the securities
of the subject companies unless and until the broker or dealer has strictly complied with all of the
provisions of the rule.


that means the old 211 is now void and it will be trading on the greys.. in order to get off the greys the company and an mm would have to start the 211 process all over again. that is a complicated process which, assuming they could find an mm willing to take on the responsibility, takes months, not days.
