Roger/Plandai Biotechnology is the largest stakeholder here, and as such, Roger is in charge.

Keep in mind that Roger owns 90,000 Series D Preferred shares, which represent 75% of the post-conversion issued and outstanding shares of common stock. Roger is the boss!
