You see conspiracies in everything. Maybe Ronin just sees an underperforming company in a hot sector that could be turned around with new management, making money for shareholders and improving the lot of the PPHM employees as well.

We have no path forward as an entity for PPHM to finance PS weather with the current or future BOD.
Sell it , license it, give it away for royalties and milestone payments.
