A different lawyer initiating a class action against $TXHD would come up with a similar list of charges, and likely structure their case in a similar manner.
$TXHD needs to address the facts presented in the class action lawsuit, pre-trial, and in trial if there's no out-of-court settlement.
I don't believe Judges or juries take kindly to convicted fraudsters and stock manipulators, so that fact in addition will also be a strike against $TXHD IMO.
