"potential revenue"...that's the key. Did BVTK make the introduction? And it is a foreign entity not identified (which unfortunately is a very pink sheet thing to do).
Darkpulse is a private company with no record of selling its product....they are not subject to securities laws the way BVTK is. Let's see what BVTK discloses.
Given this IS the OTC...it is still worthy of significant skepticism.
