#33052 RE: Simple Steve #33048

Steve,

You didn't ask me, but I personally believe that the HER2 decision, and keeping Lombardo on for now, are the clearest signals in the ER that the company is for sale. HER2 is advanced far enough along that there is no reason to invest anymore money there. ADXS is saying a new company can take the ball and run with it from there to full commercialization. ADXS appears to be focusing what remaining time they have left as an independent company, pre-buyout, to focus on continuing to advance the newer constructs and fulfill their existing commitments.

This is JMO.

To be clear I am also not projecting any wild buyout numbers. They could eventually sell the entire company for $15 a share or $35 a share, neither number would surprise me.

Although I do think they will try to sign some partner deals to get the PPS up to $12-$15ish area to discuss a sale from there.

When they kept repeating the phrase "shareholder value," it was NOT directed towards retail shareholders like us.
