Just a thought but fact that Astra combo trial was clearly mentioned in business update, and combo trial includes Head and Neck Cancer I would not be surprised to see Astra licence both of those constructs.

From update;

Given the promising early data in head and neck and anal cancers, Advaxis is actively pursuing opportunities to continue development through investigator-sponsored trials (ISTs) or other third-party approaches.

Merck has Prostate

Bristol has Cervical

That's what I have said about Dan all along. I guess it took a village to remove the unethical, greedy, self-serving CEO from the company. He outlived his welcome by a couple years. IMO his self-enrichment policies amounted to little more than corporate theft, and his investors are now paying the price, just look at the stock price. I feel good about the direction the company is headed now and alignment of the Board and Lombardo with shareholders for a change. I liked Lombardo's quote in the press release about balancing their enthusiasm for the technology with focus and fiscal restraint.

As for HER2, I don't believe they dropped it because data were not good. I wonder if ADXS considered HER2 to be the best-dressed for near term licensing/sale? If considerable weight is placed on the canine-to-pediatric analogy (PETX) and given recent drug approval strategy that is patient genetic based (MRK) as opposed to cancer type based, then this makes HER2 look attractive, no?

Kahled, I think you are SPOT ON...Dan had unrealistic goals of making a huge stand alone pharma..nope, not happening...so, out he goes..now, they sell the HER2 science...raise some cake...then they concentrate on the other trials and get them off to partners for full approvals and cash/royalties income...then work on the big bananas with NEO. I know it takes guts to buy low and sell high, but here if where you fiond out what type of real investor you are...take good facts about science, no real bad news at all on this...shrug off the ploys of hedge funds and Adage doing possibly illegal manipulations/HFT.....and average down for the future gain...
