I believe the R/S will benefit both as it is not a traditional stand alone R/S - it is a merger and the R/S was required to facilitate the merger.

Thanks for your reply. However, I'm afraid that any reverse split will only serve to crash the PPS even lower. I have seen this many times on too many stocks. Any news with Apple will pop the PPS to a dime in a few days.
