Another way to get out of it is to announce a buyout, which could be possible given the stock deterioration and investor losses at this point when we should be valued arguably much higher.

Personally I prefer Medved Trader which can access TDA and other brokers' data feeds. The charting and alert system is great and you broker doesn't have access to your data.
Equal, it will be interesting to see if the shorts are going to follow the same playbook they did after the Investor Day. If they do they could try to extend the attack they started today a couple more days. Their goal seems to be to take it down 7%-8% without invoking the uptick rule that gets triggered at 10%. And if they can extend it out 3-4 days, they have a better chance of triggering margin calls and taking out stops.
