It doesn't take 8-10 years to sell a tote of paint, nor 10's of millions of dollars. Look at Eco's assets (effectively none), cash (effectively none), and intellectual property (a patent application is worthless), and then picture a can of fence paint as being the end result of all that debt and time. Yes, no small feat on Eco's part. Well done!
The trick is to buy the stock at wholesale and sell it at retail (to 'investors). That's where the money is at Eco. Actually selling the fence would present a major problem, since they only manufacture debt and stock.
