I'm currently in JDST because as of Thursday the GDXJ and Gold were maxed out on the RSI. The only time it was higher was February so I took a chance that it would need a little cool down before moving up anymore. Hurricanes happen every year and I haven't seen it affect gold yet.
If you ever do want to make money on Hurricane season buy Low's or Home Depot mid August before the first storm. Check out their stock since this last August until now. I got in on Low's myself.
