I don't know and I was not trying to imply that I do know. Just seems that a company in this situation and with it's history is not going to take in $100 million and just let it sit there. I don't see it being used to benefit the general shareholder either. Just doesn't seem like that will happen.
There are numerous possibilities. Bonuses for CEO and executive friends, pay down debt, buy more ships, pay off lawsuits. A combination of all of the above.
Like I said, I don't know what will happen but it seems unlikely that a horde of cash will be allowed to sit there unmolested.
