HumanChess The way the Market maker (not a bookie) works is that they are charged to keep the trading happening.

IF no one is buying THEY ARE FORCED To buy shares at a higher price than they want. For doing this they collect fees and charges.

Effectively, we can force them to buy our shares ..

AND at the same time....RAISE THE SELL PRICE of OUR STOCK.
