Dividends should start after Q4 report, and quarterly. After Q1/Q2 report, once the PPS is astronomic, GE will start selling.
He can't pay himself through operations so much, as the price won't skyrocket.
It's so clear. We just gotta bear until Q1/Q2 report. (the 6 months that he projected as well)

That's a very interesting question. GE might be holding over 60 million shares. What better way to reward himself...

I would hope that most of the money would be used to expand revenue opportunities but I'm completely in the dark.
