If you say it's a lie, and misleading pretty much is accusing one of intentionally misleading.

If someone posts their opinion, and it's called a lie, how it can be spun that they are not calling the poster a liar is beyond me.

That again is an individual interpretation of set IHUB rules.
One does not lead to another unless one determines and wants it to.
