To ratify the filing and effectiveness of the certificate of amendment to our Certificate of Incorporation filed with the Secretary of State on May 19, 2011 (the "Reverse Stock Split Amendment") and the 1-for-10 reverse stock split effected thereby (the "Reverse Stock Split Amendment Ratification" and, together with the Share Increase Amendment Ratifications, the "Ratifications"); and

Now the split did not happen in 2011, but is being asked to be approved now in 2017 but retaining the initiation date of 2011.

If above is approved and a reverse splits happens, the warrants for Amazon and Walmart were granted in 2017, so would the warrants be issued at $1.18 and &2.12 respectfully or split adjusted?
