Yes, that would be better, but what this does for us is guarantees certain numbers. Omaera had promised to buy a certain amount of the drug.

As Lapbid said, if it works, funding for sales will NOT be an issue because it is so cheap compared to what's out there now.

Omaera will be responsible for PR and selling the drug. They too will want it to succeed and they have a large distribution network. We will see how it goes. I guess if they ever order more than the contract requires, we will know that the drug is selling well.

But, even if they don't, we still know that a certain amount of income is guaranteed. That's all we can hope for at this point. So we are not out of the woods yet, but the product has been approved; it will be sold and advertised and distributed; Nigeria is next; Cote d'ivoire will come on line before the end of the year followed by other countries as well.

If it really begins to sell well, watch out! Sky is the limit. It will take a while to become known, trusted, and used regularly by many people. They have the drug trial results to back up their sales efforts. I think it looks positive from here on.

What one would hope to see is not that "we have a distribution contract" but rather "the XYZ foundation or the government has allocated $XX dollars towards the purchase of Lodonal" - that would be a sale.

Yes. This is obviously a good point. It should be coming still IMO.

So far, we have received the John Abeles news, the Rudy Williams news, and the Kenya contracts.

Remember that we are still awaiting for official news regarding Vincent Ahonkhai, whose name was listed on the last page of the June 12th powerpoint with John Abeles and Rudy Williams. I have a feeling that whenever they announce Vincent Ahonkhai (if they do), they will hopefully announce some collaboration(s) with government organizations as well (hopefully). After all, Vincent Ahonkhai has the Gates Foundation connection...

It really seems like they are saving the best stuff for "last" - as in "last" before commercialization. Hopefully anyway.
